1. Clamp installation

(1) Installation of sealing ring: Insert the sealing ring into one end of the pipeline mouth, then align the other pipeline mouth with that end, and move the sealing ring to the sealing surfaces of the two pipeline mouths. The sealing ring should not extend into the grooves of the two pipelines on both sides.

(2) Hat, ensure that both ends of the shell enter the grooves until tightened.

2. Mechanical three-way and mechanical four-way installation

First, remove one bolt from the shell, loosen the other nut until the bolt end step, rotate the lower shell about 90 degrees away from the upper shell, center the outlet part of the upper shell at the pipe opening and align it with the hole, then rotate the lower shell along the pipe end (if it is a mechanical cross, the lower shell method is the same as the upper shell) to close the upper and lower parts.

3. Installation of flange plate

Installation of flange plates: First, loosen the screws on both sides, separate the two flange plates, and install the annular key parts of the two flange plates into the groove of the slotted pipe end. Then, insert and tighten the screws on both sides to adjust the gap between the two sides to be similar.

Installation of sealing ring: Push the C-shaped opening of the sealing ring away from the flange and push it into the groove on the inner diameter of the flange along the direction of the pipe end.
