The installation of the clamp, especially the installation quality of the flexible clamp, depends on the above requirements: namely, the material of the pipe, the size of the shape, the size of the deformation of the pipe mouth, the quality of the pressure groove and the quality of the clamp itself, the size of the out-of-tolerance, but also must ensure that every piece of the clamp into the groove.  

         Ensure that the convex edge of the grooved pipe is stuck into the groove before tightening the bolts on both sides symmetrically.  This "convex edge clamping" means that the protruding insert of about 2mm at the convex edge of the groove pipe fitting, which is the same height as the depth of the pipe groove, should be flush with the concave insert after the pressing groove at the nozzle.  The convex edge of the finished clamp is sometimes too thick, too large deformation, and even too large plane twist. If it can be repaired on site, it can only be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, it can only be abandoned and replaced with another one.  This requires field operators to observe and check one by one, and basically meet the requirements to install, so as not to rework.
