1. Check the workpiece: The pipes to be processed should be flat, no burrs, and welds in the welded pipe should be smoothed;

2. Set the pipe frame that needs to be processed on the pillar and brackets of the tank machine, and place the bracket position in the middle part of the tube.

3. Adjust the tube to make the horizontal or slightly high position at the bracket, and keep the tube end face and the positioning of the groove machine tightly;

4. Start the roller motor. Do not press the upper and lower wheels first. If the end surface of the pipe is always leaned on the adjustment disk during the rotation process, the steering is correct. Reverse rotation;

5. Slowly pull the oil pump handle and press down the rolling wheel to the upper wheel slightly to contact the tube. At this time, turn off the tank motor to observe and measure whether the pressed groove position is within the specified scale.

6. Restart the groove machine and continue to slowly press the roller until it reaches the required position.

7. Turn off the roller motor, check the depth and width of the groove with a gigarette calibration, confirm that it meets the standard requirements.
